By downloading, installing, or using the Tic-Tac-Toe mobile application ("App"), developed by Parasmesoft ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and play Tic-Tac-Toe on devices owned or controlled by you. You may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, the App does not collect any personal data. All data related to your settings, active offline gameplay status, or haptic preferences are saved locally on your device storage. We are not responsible for any local data loss resulting from device malfunctions, system updates, app uninstalls, or operating system errors.
Tic-Tac-Toe may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions to remove advertisements. All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. All refunds are subject to Apple or Google's respective store refund policies.
The App displays advertising through third-party services, primarily Google AdMob. By using this App, you acknowledge that these third-party services may serve advertisements and collect device parameters as specified in their privacy disclosures. We do not endorse or control the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parasmesoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Parasmesoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the App.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Parasmesoft’s place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make updates, the "Last Updated" date will reflect the changes. Continued use of the App following the posting of modifications indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
