Welcome to Tic-Tac-Toe, developed by Parasmesoft. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our app handles information when you use it.

The short version: Tic-Tac-Toe does not collect, store, or share any personal information on our servers. All gameplay data stays on your device. However, certain third-party services integrated into the app (such as Google AdMob) may collect limited data as described below.

By downloading and using this app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

Parasmesoft does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Location data
• Device contacts or media
• Login credentials (the app has no accounts or registration)
• Gameplay statistics on any external server

2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The app stores the following data only on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences and Hive database). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

• App Settings — Sound on/off, haptic feedback on/off, selected theme (Dark/Light/Auto)
• Subscription Status — Whether you have an active Remove Ads subscription and its expiry date
• Last Played Timestamp — Used solely to schedule the "come back" local notification

This data is cleared when you uninstall the app.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

Our app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use certain information from your device to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device type and operating system version
• General app usage data

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

4. Local Notifications

Tic-Tac-Toe uses local notifications to send you daily game reminders and re-engagement messages. These notifications are:

• Scheduled and triggered entirely on your own device
• Not connected to any server or external service
• Not used to collect any data

No notification content or interaction data is transmitted to Parasmesoft or any third party.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings:

• Android: Settings → Apps → Tic-Tac-Toe → Notifications
• iOS: Settings → Notifications → Tic-Tac-Toe

5. Children's Privacy

Tic-Tac-Toe is a family-friendly game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your region).

Since our app does not collect any personal data directly, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The only third-party data collection is handled by Google AdMob, which provides child-directed ad settings in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Data Security

Since Parasmesoft does not collect or transmit your personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being stored on or leaked from our servers. All locally stored app data (settings, subscription status) is stored using standard secure local storage mechanisms provided by the Android and iOS operating systems.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you wish to remove all locally stored app data, simply uninstalling the app from your device will permanently delete all local data.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
