When you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we collect:

- Your email address
- Your device type (Android or iOS)
- Your login method (Google or Apple)
This information is collected to create your account, save your game progress across devices, and provide a personalized experience.
2. Game Progress Data
When you are signed in, we store your current game level and completion status on our servers so you can sync your progress across multiple devices.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect:
- Location data
- Financial or payment information
- Sensitive personal information
- Data from your contacts or other apps
- Photos, files, or media from your device
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Save and sync your game progress across devices
- Restore your progress when you sign in on a new device
- Respond to your support requests or feedback
- Improve the game experience
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored in two places:
- Locally on your device: Game settings, preferences, and authentication tokens are stored using your device's secure storage.
- On our servers: When you sign in, your name, email, and game progress are securely stored on our servers hosted at app.parasmesoft.in. Data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
1. Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Google's Privacy Policy applies to their handling of your data: https://policies.google.com/privacy
2. Apple Sign-In
If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide your email). Apple's Privacy Policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
3. Google AdMob (Advertising)
Snake Nest displays ads powered by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain device information and use cookies to show relevant ads. This data is collected by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of personalized ads, you can adjust your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads
DATA RETENTION
We retain your account data and game progress on our servers for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (name, email, and game progress) will be permanently removed from our servers.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of your data
- Delete your account and all associated data directly from the app (Settings → Delete Account)
- Sign out at any time without deleting your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, you can use the in-app options or email us at games@parasmesoft.in and we will respond within 7 business days.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Snake Nest is suitable for ages 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The sign-in feature is optional and not required to play the game. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at games@parasmesoft.in and we will promptly delete it.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
